Description:
White Knight Chronicles is an epic fantasy tale about two kingdoms in midst of a longstanding war. The King of Balandor, wishing to put an end to the war, invites the duke of Faria to his castle to celebrate his daughter’s coming of age. But this celebration is sabotaged by the Magi, a rogue sect seeking to steal the White Knight, an ancient weapon of war sealed beneath Balandor castle, in order to take over the world. During the ensuing chaos, a young man named Leonard accidentally unlocks the power of the White Knight as he attempts to save the princess. With this power, Leonard manages to fend off the Magi attack, but not before they escape with the princess. With the kingdoms in chaos, Leonard is entrusted with the mission to find the Magi and rescue the princess. With the help of his trusted companions, they travel throughout Balandor and beyond on a quest to save the princess before the Magi unlock the other knights. The journey is fraught with danger, with Magi warriors at every turn, mythical beasts and monsters to battle, and forbidden powers revealed. As Leonard learns more about the power of the Knight, he realizes that unsealing all of them could trigger a calamity that could end the world.

Modern Warfare 2 – Stimulus Package is coming to the PC this week and that should excite the online PC gamers, they always get the short end of the stick when it comes to release dates. Poor PC gamers.
Iron Man 2 releases on all major platforms this week. Licensed games are generally mediocre at best but we will see if Iron Man 2 improves on the first Iron Man game.
Several Wii, DS and a PSP titles round out the releases this week. Most of these titles are family or children’s games although I am sure there is excitement among the Fat Princess series fans that a version will now be available on the PSP.

Summary:
Mash Mercenaries 2 and Saints Row 2 together and you get Just Cause 2. Just Cause 2 is a fun open world game that is not perfect, but will provide you with hours of enjoyable gaming. The parachute and grappling mechanics make the game unique and fun. Just Cause 2 gives you many choices in terms of how you want to complete missions, the order you complete them in, and how you spend your time outside of missions.
Some mechanics of the game can be frustrating at times. The movement and driving mechanics are sluggish and not as good as similar games like Saints Row 2 and GTA IV, although the grappling and parachuting mechanics are very well executed. The graphics are okay but the map is gigantic, bigger than any open world game I have seen before. The story and voice acting are mediocre at best, but the game is still fun even without having a great story.
Pros:
- Huge Open World Map
- Fun parachute and grappling mechanics
- Many hours of fun gameplay
Cons:
- Driving and control physics could use improvement
- Story and voice acting mediocre at best
Full Review:
Just Cause 2 is a single player action game where you play as an agent of the U.S. government who is trying to overthrow a foreign dictator in Panau. The game is played in a huge open world environment that gives you the freedom to go where you want and play the game at your own pace. There are currently no multiplayer options for this game. That is a shame because this would have been a very fun game to play with a friend, similar to the way Saints Row 2 was.
Your ultimate mission to topple the evil regime is completed by creating chaos on the island of Panau. You create chaos by destroying government property or completing mercenary missions. Mercenary missions are given by one of three factions that exists on the island. These are essentially gangs or militias who are fighting against the government for their control of the country. Mercenary missions are opened by creating more chaos.
